Easter Basket Ideas

Easter Basket Ideas

Growing up in Australia meant the Easter was about the changing of the seasons, just into the cooler ones, instead of spring.  Our family tradition was to open a easter basket on Easter morning to find a new pair of snuggly pajamas, before racing outside for the all important egg hunt.  These memories make me excited to start these traditions with my own family, and while the PJ's may be for a warmer change in weather, below are some ideas or the rest of the Easter basket.
For the little ones we recommend these beautiful Emma Bridgewater Egg tins. Available in four patterns, they are perfect for filling with treats, candy or the first clue for your egg hunt.  Spring books, like our Brambly Hedge spring story, make for a beautiful addition to any box or basket; a perfect way to slow down and appreciate the changing of the seasons. For the very little ones we suggest this beautiful bee tumbler, super sweet and perfect for a spring tot.
For more grown up gifts we have suggest filling our Easter tins, with goodies, and reusing them. Use them in the kitchen or keep as an Easter tradition and re-fill year after year. For an alternative to sweets, we recommend these beautiful notecards or bunny jug, perfect thoughtful fillers.
And for those that simply can't have easter without sweets, these delicious Naked marshmallow mini egg marshmallows have been one of our best sellers.  We have you covered for all your sweet toothed needs here. Because at the end of the day, after a lamb lunch, is there anything better than curling up in your new PJ's and over indulging in Easter sweets?
