This is what happens when you feed your bees Gingerbread cookies. We have created this unique Christmas treat in collaboration with Spice Kitchen and it is mind-blowingly good.
You can use it in Hot Toddy, evening tea, or your baking. We have dedicated, for this infusion, our own Rapeseed honey from Longniddry near Edinburgh. The results are heart-warming. Enjoy!!
Made with Scottish Rapeseed Honey Rapeseed honey is considered to be an ugly duckling of the honey world. It is one of the first major food sources for bees and a very important aspect of a good start of the beekeeping season. The girls tend to multiply very quickly due to the high pollen content on the OSR flowers. This honey is known to help with hey fever in the spring as it is rich in pollen. The best thing to do is start your hey fever curation a few months in advance to allow your immune system to get used to pollen.
Gingerbread honey – what to do with it? Pancakes. Seriously there is no better use for this honey.

We currently only deliver within the UK via Royal Mail. We also offer free delivery within the BA11 and BA12 postcode area and we offer a convenient Click and Collect service in our store in Warminster. Unless otherwise stated we aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days, however if this will be any longer we will get in touch and let you know immediately.

We hope that you enjoy your purchased products with Iris and Olive. If for whatever reason you are unhappy please email us within 7 days of the receipt of purchase, including the order number and whether you would like a refund or exchange, and we will be happy to accommodate you.
Returns will only be accepted undamaged, and in their original packaging. We do not cover the costs of returns (unless the item is faulty or damaged) so please ensure you send your returns with a tracked delivery service as we can not be liable for lost goods and you will not receive a refund.
As soon as we receive the return back we will issue the refund back to your original payment method, this can take up to 7 working days.
