Last year we did a little write up on some gifting ideas for the Easter festivities (read here) that was so popular we thought we would do a little update. As Poppy gets older we find that traditions and holidays, like Easter, are something that is looked forward to by everyone. Here are some of our top picks.
To Have and To Hold -
For all things Easter baskets we recommend Olli Ella . From little baskets to luggies and everything in between, these beautiful, ethically made baskets are perfect. Or for something a bit more rough and tumble we have these beautiful Easter buckets to reuse again and again.
An egg with a twist -
So many people are now moving away from traditional chocolate eggs for a hunt and these beautiful reusable and refillable eggs are a perfect solution. Raining? These will keep the contents dry. Have dogs? You don't have to worry about them finding chocolate before everyone else as they can't open them. Don't want to use chocolate or sweets? Fill them with anything of your choice, from clues to key rings. Simply wipe dry and keep for the next year.
A sign of the times -
We have reused our Meri Meri Easter Egg Hunt Kit for a few years now however making your own is a great alternative. And you don't have to do a sign posted hunt, there are plenty of different ways twist this Easter tradition. Try a scavenger hunt, an Easter relay race or if you really trust your family, a blind folded egg hunt in pairs!!
